Terms of Service

1. Services

Dawn Detailed Consulting provides business consulting services on an hourly basis. Sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise arranged. The specific advice and strategies provided are tailored to your situation but do not guarantee specific results.

2. Booking & Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout.

3. Scheduling

After payment, you will receive a link to schedule your session(s). Sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase. Purchased hours that are not scheduled within this period may be forfeited.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will not be refunded. Refund requests for unused hours must be made within 30 days of purchase and may be subject to a processing fee.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dawn Detailed Consulting provides advice and recommendations based on our expertise. However, we are not liable for business decisions you make based on our consultation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
